A friend of mine, Nate Donnis, has just released a new album, Lullabies, that I think will be of interest to all you baby lovers. I've known for awhile that Nate is exceptional with kids, as he was my son's guitar teacher for a year, but his soothing sensitivity and use of imagery in this album further amazes me. Announcing baby Anming!!
Please meet Anming! Anming is a sweet Asian resin baby . Her name means “peaceful clarity”. She is a big baby at approximately 21 inches in length, a 15 inch circ. head, and weighs about 9 lbs!
I will be designing each Anming her own one-of-a-kind outfit. Each outfit will be beautiful and unique. Her edition size will be 10. Her adoption fee is $1400. She is only available in resin.

Introducing Sam and Sera!!! (Vinyl Version)

Announcing New Edition: Sam and Serafina
Dear Collectors,
It is with great excitement that I present a new edition for 2008, a set of boy and girl twins! Sam and Serafina are approximately 20 inches long. Both are sleeping babies. Sam has an open mouth, and Serafina, is closed-mouthed. The babies will be available in resin as a very small edition of just 5 of each baby plus 2 artists proofs. They have full legs, ¾ arms, and also come with a belly plate!
This is a very small edition size, so I am pleased to be able to say that they will also be availble in vinyl, which will be announced in the near future. Because the resin edition is so small and I want everyone interested to have a chance at them, I am going to wait until this weekend to open my list so that everyone has a chance to see this. On Saturday, January 5, 2008, I will open the list for those people wanting twin sets. The first collectors to contact me with deposits will be added to the list. If there are any babies still available the next day, I will then open the list for people who want single babies. The price for each baby is $1400 plus $20 for shipping in the states and $40 for international shipping. A three month layaway will be available.
These babies have already been molded and I have a few already in my possession. You can see more images of what these babies look like with different hair options in my gallery. I had the molding and casting work done earlier in 2007 by Multiplicity Studio so that the wait times for the babies would not be as long as with my last edition, Ruby. I am also keeping the edition size much smaller to avoid this problem as well.
Speaking of Ruby, I am nearing the end of both resin and silicone editions and I believe I have contacted everyone who was on Ruby's list to see if they are ready for their baby. If you still want to make layaway payments for awhile longer, that is fine. I would like to finish her edition up for those collectors who are ready though, so if you are on the list, please check your email for a message. If you haven't received my email, please let me know so that I can send it to you. Thank you!
